CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

223 Autohaus Sdn Bhd strives to provide quality products and services to all customers. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Cancellation of Service Bookings

Customers may cancel a service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without penalty, provided the scheduled service has not already commenced.

Cancellation Fees

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after booking, 223 Autohaus Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Any service that has already been completed, partially completed, or commenced is strictly non-refundable.

Parts and Product Purchases

Products and automotive parts purchased through www.223auto.my may only be returned or refunded if:

  • The wrong item was supplied by 223 Autohaus Sdn Bhd;
  • The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
  • The item is substantially different from the item ordered.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Special order items;
  • Custom-made products;
  • Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or used;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Process for Cancellation or Refund Request

To request a cancellation, return, or refund, customers must contact our customer service department at info@223auto.my with their order number, booking details, and reason for the request.

Changes to Reservations

Changes to service reservation dates or times may be accommodated depending on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Additional charges may apply for changes made outside of this timeframe.

Policy Changes

223 Autohaus Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.223auto.my.
